Our grain products include DDGS & MWDGS, DCO, and ethanol fuel.
DDGS & MWDGS
Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles (DDGS) and Modified Wet Distillers Grains with Solubles (MWDGS) is sold as animal feed. DDGS is primarily fed to poultry, swine, and cattle and is approximately 90% dry matter. MWDGS is a high-protein livestock feed additive and is approximately 48% dry material.
Distillers corn oil (DCO) is a co-product of corn alcohol production and has become a popular and affordable biodiesel feedstock. DCO shares many properties with conventional corn oil but has higher lutein and zeaxanthin concentrations, making it a valuable poultry feed ingredient. All of the corn we use in our production process is locally sourced.
We produce approximately 60 million gallons of fuel-grade ethanol annually through a dry mill process that includes fermentation, processing, and distillation. Our ethanol is then denatured and transported to markets via truck or rail. We load ethanol 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our ethanol is primarily blended in E10 and E85 gasoline throughout the Midwest.
